AI Unleashed: A Gallery of Glorious Nonsense — Part 1

This is the first of several posts showcasing creative and nonsensical AI-generated media.

But why? When I first got online in the mid-90s, the internet was ugly. But it was also astoundingly creative. We weren’t sure which designs worked for which use cases, so we just… experimented. It was weirdly wonderful.

Until it wasn’t. To be fair, one can still stumble over virtual cauldrons of bubbling creative brews, but the main driver these days is commerce. Or, at least useful information.

AI-assisted, conversational search screams, “I’m a new paradigm! Play with me!” Whereas before, we were talking to the internet, with AI, we now converse with it. So, let’s converse!

This series of posts will contain creative images generated with AI tools. Don’t look for them to make sense. I’m sure ChatGPT could invent a rationale for each one, but I prefer to savor the richness of the weirdness, and I hope you do, too!
